Hello! My name is Bit Na Kim and I am a Fabric/Surface Designer, doll-designer, and painter.
My inspiration comes from everyday surroundings; nature, childhood memories, and what's in the air.
I am interested finding ways to raise awareness about animals' unnecessary suffering; hunting for game, habitat loss..
I love to experience and work in different area, such as ceramic, painting, sculpting, photograph, illustration.. and more!
Now, I am working as a freelancer; building my own little world :)

- Hand screen printing, loom/hand weaving, machine/hand sewing, embroidery, hand dying, hand/needle felting, and other fabric manipulation: gesso-cutting, knitting and crocheting

- Selected by the Office of Student Financial Aid at the University of Georgia
- The University encourages excellence in scholarship and gives recognition to students whose work is superior by publishing the Presidential Scholar and Dean's Lists from each school or college at the end of each semester.
- My woven scarf were accepted and exhibited at the Clara M. Eagle Gallery on the Murray State University campus in Murray, KY
- Selected as an Honorable Mention (bottom photo). ITMA Educational Foundation: The Virginia Jackson Design Competition recognizes the most talented students in the field of textile design and creates a vehicle to bring new talent into the design industry.
- Awarded scholarship by Lamar Dodd School of Art and the Scholarship Committee from the family of Mary Rosenblatt.
